1. Promotion period

The Fortune8 11 Crunchy Chilli Oil Trio Giveaway opens on Monday, 2 November 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT and closes on Sunday, 8 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.

Entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

The Promoter, its employees, individuals directly involved in administering the promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3. How to enter

During the promotion period, entrants must:

1. Visit the official Instagram account @fortune8_11.

2. Find the official Fortune8 11 Crunchy Chilli Oil Trio Giveaway post published on 2 November 2026.

3. Comment on that post answering: “What's the first thing you'd add our crunchy chilli oil to?”

Each eligible person may enter once. Additional comments do not provide additional entries.

Following @fortune8_11 and liking the giveaway post are encouraged but are not compulsory conditions of entry and do not increase the chance of winning.

Tagging friends and sharing the post are not required.

Entries must comply with Instagram's applicable rules. Fraudulent, automated, offensive or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

4. Prize

One winner will receive a Fortune8 11 Crunchy Chilli Oil Trio consisting of:

• 1 × Mild Crunchy Chilli Oil — 190g

• 1 × Hot Crunchy Chilli Oil — 190g

• 1 × Extra Hot Crunchy Chilli Oil — 190g

Total prize value: AUD $51 RRP.

Standard delivery to one Australian address is included at no charge to the winner.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If any item becomes unavailable, an equivalent or higher-value replacement may be provided, subject to applicable law.

5. Winner selection

One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

Draw date: Monday, 9 November 2026
Draw time: 12:00pm AEDT
Draw location: 79 Sunshine Road, West Footscray VIC 3012, Australia

Each eligible entrant will be assigned one entry number. A random number generator will be used to select the winning number, giving each eligible entry an equal chance of winning.

The winner does not need to attend the draw.

6. Winner notification and publication

The winner will be contacted in writing via Instagram direct message from @fortune8_11 within seven days of the draw, with details of the prize and how to claim it.

The winning entry number will be published on the Fortune8 11 website and in a relevant Instagram announcement for at least seven days after the draw.

The winner's Instagram username will not be publicly announced without their consent unless disclosure is required by law.

The Promoter will never request payment or credit card details to claim the prize.

7. Prize claim deadline

The winner must respond to the official Instagram direct message and provide their full name and Australian delivery address by Monday, 30 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.

The Promoter may send a reminder before the deadline.

If the prize is not claimed by the deadline, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed-prize draw on Tuesday, 1 December 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT, at the original draw location, subject to applicable trade promotion requirements.

Any replacement winner will be notified in writing within seven days and given a reasonable opportunity to claim the prize.

The prize will be dispatched within a reasonable period after the winner provides the necessary delivery details.

8. Fairness and administration

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.

The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify entries that breach these Terms & Conditions, acting reasonably.

The Promoter may take appropriate action if circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the promotion, subject to applicable laws and any necessary regulatory approvals.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from the winner will be used to verify eligibility, administer the promotion and deliver the prize.

The Promoter may share the necessary delivery information with its shipping provider.

Personal information will not be added to marketing lists without separate consent and will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Instagram disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to Fortune8 11, not Instagram.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram from liability arising from their participation in the promotion.
