Return & Refund Policy
Returns Due to the perishable nature of our food products and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on Fortune8 11 Crunchy Chilli Oil once it has been shipped. We do not offer spicy-level exchanges or "change of mind" returns.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the glass jar is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@fortune811.com.au so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process a claim for a damaged item, please include:

A clear photo of the damaged jar and the shipping packaging.
Refunds or Replacements If your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement jar at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Allergen Notice Please note that while our recipe is carefully crafted with 11 specific ingredients, our products are produced in a facility that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions if the ingredients and potential traces were disclosed at the time of purchase.
